Join us at Owen Health Care and be part of a rewarding journey in providing quality care to those in our community. As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality behavioral support services to youth in need.

Responsibilities

  • Interview family members and conduct thorough analyses to develop personalized plans addressing problem behaviors.
  • Define target behaviors and design data collection systems for accurate measurement and progress tracking.
  • Guide staff members in implementing Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA) and Behavior Support Plans (BSP).
  • Record FBA and BSP for all cases on electronic health records (CYBER) on a quarterly basis.
  • Ensure attention to detail in data recording and monitoring, contributing to the positive development of each individual under your care.

Requirements

  • Masters degree in healthcare/social service field.
  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) licensure in the State of NJ.
  • At least 2-3 years of management and/or supervisory experience.
  • At least 2-3 years of experience working with children with developmental and/or intellectual disabilities.
  • Proficient skills in completing comprehensive Functional Assessments and Behavior Support Plans (BSP).
  • Excellent organization and time management skills.
  • People management skills and the ability to network and manage a team.
