About the role

Join Olive Branch ABA, a growing, clinician-led practice founded and owned by women and run by experienced BCBAs who are still hands-on in the work every day. We're expanding in Midland, TX, offering you the chance to shape our clinical program—its culture, standards, and processes—from the ground up. Your voice matters here, and your contributions will be visible in what we build together.

If you want mentorship from BCBAs who understand the work, a caseload that allows you to focus deeply on your clients, and real room to grow, this is the place for you.

What You'll Love Here

  • Clinical leadership that’s right there with you: seasoned, hands-on, and genuinely reachable mentors who collaborate on tough cases.
  • A caseload that lets you do great work—go deep with your kids and families the way you envisioned when you entered the field.
  • Fast, real growth: as an early team member in a growing company, you’ll have leadership tracks and new opportunities to build a career you’re proud of.
  • Care comes first: quality clinical work is the heart of everything we do, and we protect it.
  • A back office that has your back: billing, authorizations, intake, scheduling, and credentialing are handled so you can focus on your clients.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct assessments and design individualized treatment plans.
  • Supervise and develop RBTs into confident, skilled clinicians.
  • Partner with families so every one of them feels like the only family we have.
  • Collaborate with a clinical team that values your judgment.

Requirements

  • Current BCBA certification (in good standing).
  • Texas LBA license (or eligible/in process).
  • Texas Medicaid ID.
  • Pediatric ABA experience.
  • Based in or near Midland, TX.
  • Spanish-speaking (preferred).
  • A deep commitment to doing this work right and ensuring your contributions truly matter.
