Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and design individualized treatment plans
• Serve as a supervisor and developer for RBTs, helping them become confident and skilled clinicians
• Collaborate with families to ensure they feel like the only family we have
• Work closely with a clinical team that values your judgment

Requirements

• Current BCBA certification (in good standing)
• Texas LBA license (or eligible/in process)
• Texas Medicaid ID
• Based in or near Austin, TX
• Pediatric ABA experience
• A deep commitment to doing this work right and making a real difference
