Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and design individualized treatment plans.
• Supervise and develop RBTs into confident, skilled clinicians.
• Partner with families so every one of them feels like the only family we have.
• Collaborate with a clinical team that values your judgment.

Requirements

• Current BCBA certification (in good standing).
• Texas LBA license (or eligible/in process).
• Texas Medicaid ID.
• Pediatric ABA experience.
• Based in or near Weslaco, TX.
• Someone who cares deeply about doing this right—and wants their work to truly matter.

• Spanish speaking (preferred).
