Board Certified Behavior Analyst

About the role

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to work in the Kearny Public Schools 3 days a week.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with teachers and school staff to develop and monitor Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
• Provide data-driven recommendations and interventions
• Support and train staff in behavior strategies
• Communicate regularly with staff and document student progress

Requirements

• BCBA certification or eligible
• School-based experience preferred
• Strong collaboration, communication, and time-management skills
