Board Certified Behavior Analyst

About the role

Devereux New Jersey provides a continuum of services including residential programs, community-based living, day and vocational services, therapeutic foster care, and individualized clinical supports, all as part of the national Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health network.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement behavior intervention plans
• Provide direct clinical support to clients
• Conduct assessments and evaluations
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams
• Train and supervise staff

Requirements

• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis or related field
• Board Certification in Behavior Analysis (BCBA)
• Experience working with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) and autism
• Knowledge of applied behavior analysis principles and techniques

Qualifications

• Current BCBA certification
• Experience in a behavioral health setting
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
