Responsibilities
- Conduct assessments and design treatment plans
- Review and update treatment plans on a regular basis
- Formulate an appropriate treatment plan that is sensitive to clients' cognitive, social, emotional, and sensory needs
- Administer treatment and tailor interventions as needed
- Provide direct supervision and training to behavior technicians in clients' homes or community settings
- Complete documentation and provide necessary information to support insurance requirements
- Analyze data and implement data-driven program changes
- Collaborate with parents to incorporate individualized goals into the family's daily routines providing parent training
- Maintain positive communication with parents
Requirements
- Calm, empathic, and patient nature
- Excellent verbal and report writing skills
- Communicative & collaborative
- The ability to remain composed and adhere to best practice in all situations
- Proven work experience as a BCBA
- Relevant training and certifications as a BCBA
- Familiarity with a variety of Clinical Assessments (Such as Vineland, VB-MAPP, ABLLS, etc.)
