Responsibilities

• Provide clinical services to individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and other developmental disabilities.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on functional assessments and behavior interventions.
• Document progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure consistent and effective treatment.
• Conduct safety-carry out emergency procedures as necessary.
• Participate in regular clinical forums for continuing education and professional development.
• Supervise Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and provide feedback on their performance.
• Engage in ongoing learning and development through free, on-demand CEUs and a yearly professional development stipend.

Requirements

Applicants must be presently eligible to work in the U.S.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) or related field.
• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification or eligibility.
• Experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and other developmental disabilities.
• Strong knowledge of ABA interventions, including but not limited to task analysis, verbal behavior, and functional assessment.
• Ability to conduct safety-carry out emergency procedures as necessary.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Passionate about supporting individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and their families.
