Join our team at Lacuna Autism Services, where we are dedicated to serving children with autism through clinical excellence, personal virtue, and passion. We are expanding in Tennessee and seeking a passionate BCBA to help shape best practices, foster team culture, and drive superior services.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and supervise Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and clinical programs.
  • Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and initial evaluations.
  • Develop and implement parent training and support programs.
  • Provide training, support, and mentorship to RBTs.
  • Oversee progress reports and treatment plans to ensure high-quality clinical outcomes.
  • Partner with coding, billing, and insurance teams to meet payer requirements.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, Psychology, or a related field.
  • BCBA certification (Required).
  • State licensure to practice as a BCBA (Preferred).
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • A deep passion for delivering high-quality clinical care.

Pay

$75,000 - $100,000 per year

Schedule

  • Monday to Friday.
  • In-person position in Nashville, TN or Hendersonville, TN.
  • Flexible scheduling – create your own work schedule.

License/Certification: BCBA license through BACB (Required), State BCBA licensure (Preferred).
