Responsibilities
- Oversee and design individualized treatment plans that align with real-life scenarios.
- Provide direct supervision and mentorship to a team of Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).
- Work closely with families to establish meaningful goals, track progress, and celebrate successes.
- Ensure all care is conducted ethically and in accordance with best practices in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).
- Collaborate with a clinical team to contribute your insights, voice, and vision.
Requirements
- Must hold a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
- Experience working with children or adolescents with autism spectrum disorder (ASD).
- A strong passion for families and a commitment to evidence-based practice.
- Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Special Education, or related field.
- Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis preferred.
- Experience in ABA therapy and working with individuals with ASD.
- Knowledge of ethical standards and best practices in ABA.
