Board Certified Behavior Analyst

What You’ll Do:

• Lead a team of Behavior Technicians providing in-home ABA services to children (ages 3–18).
• Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and monitor client progress.
• Collaborate closely with families to ensure meaningful outcomes.
• Mentor and support your team through ongoing feedback and professional development.
• Maintain accurate documentation and follow BACB best practices.

Requirements:

*NY LBA is required.

*You must live in the Buffalo area.

Benefits:

The sign-on bonus applies to candidates who also possess a valid Medicaid ID and/or are bilingual (speaking languages such as Spanish, Mandarin, or Bengali).

The sign-on bonus is subject to further review, and Kids First reserves the right to make adjustments as needed.

Pay:

A competitive salary of $85,000–$100,000 per year, along with a sign-on bonus for eligible candidates.

Schedule:

This is an in-person position based out of our Amherst/Buffalo clinic and is not a remote role.
