What You’ll Do:
- Lead a team of Behavior Technicians providing in-home ABA services to children (ages 3–18).
- Conduct assessments (remote), develop treatment plans, and monitor client progress.
- Collaborate closely with families to ensure meaningful outcomes.
- Mentor and support your team through ongoing feedback and professional development.
- Maintain accurate documentation and follow BACB best practices.
- Enjoy flexibility — most sessions take place after school hours, and the position is fully remote.
Requirements:
- NY LBA is required.
- You must live in the USA.

Pay:
A competitive salary of $85,000–$100,000 per year, along with a sign-on bonus for eligible candidates.
