Board Certified Behavior Analyst
About the role
An experienced BCBA is needed to work with three students weekly on a full-time schedule. Two clients are female adolescents with autism in home and community settings, while the third is a 4-year-old boy in a daycare in Woburn. The adolescents are working on dental and medical tolerance programs and socially acceptable behavior.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and provide parent training/consultation services
- Work with two female adolescent clients aged 15 and 18 in Boxford and Andover
- Provide supervision and parent training/consultation at Woburn Daycare, Boxford Home, Andover YMCA, Andover Pediatric Dentistry, and Lawrence Church
- Offer telehealth sessions as needed
Requirements
- BCBA certification
- Experience with ABA therapy
- Knowledge of dental and medical tolerance programs
- Ability to work with children and families
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field
- At least 2 years of experience in ABA
- Experience with adolescents and families
Skills
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Knowledge of social and behavioral interventions
Pay
$90,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year

Monday: Woburn Daycare SUP/PT 8a-12p, Boxford Home PT 1-230p, North Andover's Children's Medical Office PT 3:15-3:45p, Andover SUP 430-630p
Tuesday: Boxford PT @ School (Hopeful Journey's, Beverly) or Home/Telehealth: 9:30-11a, Andover PT Telehealth 12-1p
Wednesday: Woburn Daycare SUP/PT 8a-12p, Andover YMCA SUP 2:30-4p
Thursday: Andover Pediatric Dentistry PT 8:30-9am
Friday: Woburn Daycare SUP/PT 8a-12p, Boxford Home/Community Outing 3:30-6:30p
Saturday: Rotating Schedule: switches every week if possible
