What You’ll Do

• Collaborating with our talented team of therapists, families, and caregivers.
• Supervising and mentoring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) with your expert guidance.

Who We’re Looking For

• Must-Have Qualifications: Current BCBA certification and LBA license (because you’re a pro!). Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
• PREFERRED SKILLS: CPR certification – a bonus for your preparedness. Spanish-speaking? Even better – we love connecting with diverse families!
