Compensation: $75,000 per year Qualifications Master’s degree (required) Excellent communication, leadership, and teamwork abilities Strong clinical skills in ABA, assessment, and data-driven patient care Passion for supporting children with autism and developmental disabilities Commitment to client-centered care and ongoing professional growth Responsibilities Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure integrated care Track and analyze progress data to guide clinical decisions Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans Contribute to ongoing program development and quality improvement Mentor practicum students and RBTs
