This position offers a small caseload of approximately 6-10 clients, a 25-hour weekly billable expectation, flexible scheduling, and remote/hybrid flexibility depending on caseload and clinical needs. Responsibilities include: Conduct comprehensive ABA assessments and reassessmentsDevelop individualized, evidence-based treatment plansCreate and oversee behavior intervention plans and skill-acquisition programsReview and analyze client data to guide clinical decision-makingModify treatment programs based on client progress and clinical needsProvide supervision, training, and ongoing clinical support to RBTs and Behavior TechniciansConduct parent and caregiver training to promote skill generalizationMonitor treatment integrity and provide meaningful performance feedbackCollaborate with families, caregivers, schools, and other professionals involved in client careComplete accurate, timely, and insurance-compliant clinical documentationParticipate in case reviews, team meetings, and professional developmentMaintain high standards of ethical, compassionate, and client-centered ABA care Service Model Our BCBAs may provide or oversee services across: In-home settingsCommunity-based settingsTelehealth Remote and hybrid flexibility is available depending on the responsibilities of the position, client locations, clinical appropriateness, and caseload needs. Qualifications Required Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certificationMaster's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related fieldAbility to obtain and maintain applicable state licensureStrong knowledge of ABA principles and evidence-based practicesExperience with functional assessment, behavior reduction, and skill-acquisition programmingStrong clinical judgment and data-analysis skillsAbility to effectively supervise and provide feedback to RBTs and Behavior TechniciansExcellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skillsCommitment to ethical, compassionate, and high-quality client care Preferred Experience providing ABA services to children and adolescents with developmental disabilitiesExperience conducting ABA assessments and reassessmentsExperience developing comprehensive treatment plansExperience providing caregiver trainingExperience supervising RBTs or Behavior TechniciansExperience working with insurance-funded ABA servicesFamiliarity with insurance documentation and clinical compliance requirements Why Infinite Therapy Services?
