Position Overview
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. This role offers an opportunity to work with a collaborative, supportive team while maintaining a healthy work-life balance. Key Responsibilities
- Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBA) and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide ongoing supervision and training to RBTs and other team members
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure comprehensive care
- Maintain progress data, adjust treatment plans as needed
- Uphold ethical and professional standards of practice as outlined by the BACB
Qualifications
- Current certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Must hold or be eligible to obtain Texas Licensure as a Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to commute to or relocate to Katy, TX before starting work
Work Schedule
Full-time, Monday through Friday. No evenings or weekends required.
