Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team at GreenLight ABA in Sierra Vista, AZ. Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments to identify goals and develop individualized treatment plans for clients
  • Deliver high-quality ABA therapy sessions to children with ASD, utilizing evidence-based interventions and behavioral strategies
  • Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and other therapeutic professionals to ensure seamless service delivery and parental involvement
  • Monitor and evaluate client progress, making data-driven decisions to adjust treatment plans as necessary
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to maintain certifications and stay current with industry best practices
  • Contribute to a dynamic and supportive team environment, promoting a culture of excellence and mutual respect

Requirements

  • Arizona LBA certification (BCBA) required
  • Masters degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), Psychology, or related field
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in ABA therapy or related field
  • Strong knowledge of ABA principles and procedures, including developmental and behavioral interventions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse populations
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Flexibility to work varying schedules, including evenings and weekends, as needed
