What You’ll Do:

  • Conduct functional behavior assessments within AFC homes
  • Develop and oversee individualized behavior support plans tailored to adult populations
  • Train and coach direct care staff on behavior strategies, de-escalation, and best practices
  • Ensure compliance with state regulations and person-centered planning standards
  • Collaborate with home managers, families, and interdisciplinary teams
  • Monitor outcomes and adjust programming to support long-term success

What We’re Looking For:

  • Active, State of Michigan BCBA certification
  • Experience with adults with developmental disabilities, mental health needs, or dual diagnoses (preferred)
  • Knowledge of AFC/Group Home regulations (or willingness to learn)
  • Strong leadership, training, and communication skills
  • A compassionate, patient-centered approach to care

Benefits:

  • $10,000 sign-on bonus - $5,000 after 90 days and the remaining $5,000 after 6 months
  • Hybrid schedule - work Monday and Friday from home
