What You’ll Do:
- Conduct functional behavior assessments within AFC homes
- Develop and oversee individualized behavior support plans tailored to adult populations
- Train and coach direct care staff on behavior strategies, de-escalation, and best practices
- Ensure compliance with state regulations and person-centered planning standards
- Collaborate with home managers, families, and interdisciplinary teams
- Monitor outcomes and adjust programming to support long-term success
What We’re Looking For:
- Active, State of Michigan BCBA certification
- Experience with adults with developmental disabilities, mental health needs, or dual diagnoses (preferred)
- Knowledge of AFC/Group Home regulations (or willingness to learn)
- Strong leadership, training, and communication skills
- A compassionate, patient-centered approach to care
Benefits:
- $10,000 sign-on bonus - $5,000 after 90 days and the remaining $5,000 after 6 months
