Position Summary
The Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) creates and supports the implementation of high-quality positive behavior supports throughout the school district, aligning with Edina Public Schools' mission, vision, and core values.
Education And Experience Requirements
- Master's Degree in psychology or related field and a minimum of three (3) years of related experience required.
- Certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst.
- A Minnesota teaching license in Special Education or School Psychologist is considered.
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary Range: $80,309 to $94,307, depending on experience and qualifications.
- New hires typically start at the entry-level rate within the salary range, while candidates with relevant experience may be placed at a higher starting rate, up to the maximum of the salary range.
