Qualifications
- Education: Master’s Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (or similar field with a focus in ABA)
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst Certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BCBA)
- Experience: Minimum one (1) year of experience with ABA, five years or more preferred.

Required Credentials
- All employees are required to pass a background screening and a drug test as a condition of employment.
- Must complete 8-hour supervision training within 90 days of hire.
Responsibilities
- Carry out functional behavior assessments and functional analyses
- Write behavior intervention plans
- Assist with the implementation of behavior plans
- Collect, graph, and analyze data
- Provide supervision of RBTs to meet BACB standards
- Review and sign RBT treatment notes
- Consult and provide training for parents and teachers
- Participate in in-service programs and present in-service programs as assigned
- Understand and adhere to established policies and procedures
- Participate with all other health care personnel in patient care planning
- Instruct patients and family/significant others in the in-home programs and protocols
- Attend all required meetings and patient care conferences as scheduled
- Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Observe confidentiality and safeguard all patient-related information
- Immediately report to the supervisor any patient incidents/variances, or complaints
- Maintain current CPR certification
- Comply with Easterseals policies and procedures, utilizing the highest standards of personal and professional ethics and behavior
- Demonstrate good judgment, diplomacy, courtesy, and effective communication while working at Easter Seals or when representing the organization
- Other duties as assigned
Supervisory Responsibilities
- This position requires supervision of RBTs
Compensation
$75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
