About the role
The Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is a member of the Divine Steps Therapy management team and is responsible for clinical oversight of behavioral services for individuals with a diagnosis of autism spectrum disorder.
Responsibilities
- Administers, conducts, evaluates, modifies, and supervises the implementation of the treatment plan.
- Develops individualized goals and objectives for in-home programs and designs treatment plans based on functional assessment data.
- Provides ongoing program oversight and weekly supervision of RBTs with at least 25% in person a month.
- Completes all necessary documentation.
- Provides quality parent training on a monthly basis.
- Ensures billing, notes, and reports are conducted in a timely manner.
- Ensures health and safety standards are met across treatment settings.
- Provides oversight to ensure all behavior technicians and RBTs perform consistently with the same standard of care and operational excellence for all clients.
Requirements
- BCBA Certification (Required)
- Maryland LBA License (Required)
- Master’s or Doctorate degree in education, psychology, or behavior analysis
- Experience conducting assessments: VB-MAPP, ABLLS, Vineland, FBA
- Knowledge and experience with DTT, NATS/NET, VB, Parent Training, Goal Setting, Program Monitoring, Data Analysis, Treatment Writing, Session Notes
Pay
Full-time salary of $110,000 with a bonus structure.
