Creative Therapy Solution provides children and families with high-quality and person-centered Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services. Our mission is to create, deliver, and supervise high quality ABA services that are compassionate and values-based.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in psychology, applied behavior analysis, or related field
- AZ Licensure or the ability to obtain a license
- Current certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- 1+ years of work experience with children with autism and related disorders
- Caring, positive, energetic, flexible, and motivated to learn
- Possess strong written and oral communication skills
- Ability to effectively manage and train Registered Behavior Technicians
- Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation and auto insurance
- Pass a criminal background check
