Responsibilities
- Conduct behavioral assessments and Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs)
- Develop individualized treatment plans
- Supervise and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
- Provide caregiver training and collaboration
- Analyze treatment data and make data-driven clinical decisions
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary professionals
- Maintain ethical and timely clinical documentation
- Ensure high-quality, compassionate, evidence-based care
Qualifications
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Virginia Behavior Analyst License (or eligibility)
- Master's degree in Behavior Analysis or a related field
- PREFERRED: Experience supervising RBTs
- STRONG: Leadership and communication skills
- COMMITTED: Passion for ethical, individualized ABA services
