Responsibilities

  • Conduct behavioral assessments and Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs)
  • Develop individualized treatment plans
  • Supervise and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
  • Provide caregiver training and collaboration
  • Analyze treatment data and make data-driven clinical decisions
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary professionals
  • Maintain ethical and timely clinical documentation
  • Ensure high-quality, compassionate, evidence-based care

Qualifications

  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
  • Virginia Behavior Analyst License (or eligibility)
  • Master's degree in Behavior Analysis or a related field
  • PREFERRED: Experience supervising RBTs
  • STRONG: Leadership and communication skills
  • COMMITTED: Passion for ethical, individualized ABA services
  • COMMITTED: Commitment to lifelong learning and collaboration
