About the role

Join our tight-knit team in Gunnison, Colorado, dedicated to bringing equitable access to evidence-based ABA therapy to individuals of unique abilities throughout our beautiful state. We navigate cultural, financial, and geographic barriers to deliver top-notch services to underserved communities.

At Colorado Autism Consultants (CAC), BCBAs maintain small caseloads (8–10 clients) in a supportive clinic environment, with optional 1 day per week virtual to serve a rural Colorado community. You’ll create and lead individualized, evidence-based treatment plans, supervise RBTs, mentor junior team members, and collaborate with families and interdisciplinary providers. Supervision is provided in-person at our clinic, and you’ll be part of a team that values your growth and specialized skills.
