About the role

CABA is led by Dr. Rachel Taylor, a nationally recognized leader in ABA, focusing on clients with autism, bipolar disorder, and co-occurring mental health diagnoses. You'll have access to the BOSS program for real-time clinical support.

Responsibilities

  • Provide clinical oversight for 8-12 clients
  • Support RBTs directly in-session, focusing on skill-building, feedback, and collaboration
  • Conduct assessments, guide programming, and make data-driven decisions
  • Lead caregiver training and coordinate with schools, physicians, and other providers
  • Participate in peer reviews, mentorship opportunities, and clinical research projects

Requirements

  • Active BCBA certification
  • Completed 8-hour supervision training
  • 3+ years experience working with autism or related developmental diagnoses
  • Comfort with adult clients and individuals with complex behavioral needs
  • Experience with severe behaviors preferred

Qualifications

  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Able to pass a background check
  • Three professional and two personal references

Pay

$82,500 - 92,500/year, depending on experience

Schedule

The majority of the role will be in-person to best meet client needs
