Board Certified Behavior Analyst
About the role
CABA is led by Dr. Rachel Taylor, a nationally recognized leader in ABA, focusing on clients with autism, bipolar disorder, and co-occurring mental health diagnoses. You'll have access to the BOSS program for real-time clinical support.
Responsibilities
- Provide clinical oversight for 8-12 clients
- Support RBTs directly in-session, focusing on skill-building, feedback, and collaboration
- Conduct assessments, guide programming, and make data-driven decisions
- Lead caregiver training and coordinate with schools, physicians, and other providers
- Participate in peer reviews, mentorship opportunities, and clinical research projects
Requirements
- Active BCBA certification
- Completed 8-hour supervision training
- 3+ years experience working with autism or related developmental diagnoses
- Comfort with adult clients and individuals with complex behavioral needs
- Experience with severe behaviors preferred
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Able to pass a background check
- Three professional and two personal references

Pay
$82,500 - 92,500/year, depending on experience
Schedule
The majority of the role will be in-person to best meet client needs
