About the role

CABA is led by Dr. Rachel Taylor, a nationally recognized ABA expert known for her commitment to ethical, client-centered care. We serve clients across the lifespan, with a strong focus on older children, teens, and adults with complex needs such as autism, bipolar disorder, and co-occurring mental health diagnoses.

Responsibilities

  • Provide clinical oversight for 8-12 clients, including treatment integrity, data review, and supervision
  • Support Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) directly in-session, focusing on skill-building, feedback, and collaboration
  • Conduct assessments, guide programming, and make data-driven decisions while maintaining clinical standards
  • Lead caregiver training and coordinate with schools, physicians, and other providers as needed
  • Participate in peer reviews, mentorship opportunities, and clinical research projects if desired

Requirements

  • Active BCBA® certification
  • Completion of the 8-hour supervision training
  • 3+ years experience working with autism or related developmental diagnoses
  • Comfort with adult clients and individuals with complex behavioral needs
  • Experience with severe behaviors preferred

Qualifications

  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • Able to pass a background check
  • Three professional and two personal references

Pay

$82,500 - 92,500/year, depending on experience

Schedule

The majority of this role will be in-person to best meet client needs. Occasional opportunities for remote or hybrid work may be available.
