About the role
CABA is led by Dr. Rachel Taylor, a nationally recognized ABA expert known for her commitment to ethical, client-centered care. We serve clients across the lifespan, with a strong focus on older children, teens, and adults with complex needs.
Responsibilities
- Provide clinical oversight for 8-12 clients per month, including treatment integrity, data review, and supervision
- Support Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) directly in-session, focusing on skill-building, feedback, and collaboration
- Conduct assessments, guide programming, and make data-driven decisions while maintaining clinical standards
- Lead caregiver training and coordinate with schools, physicians, and other providers as needed
- Participate in peer reviews, mentorship opportunities, and clinical research projects if desired
Requirements
- Active BCBA certification
- Completion of the 8-hour supervision training
- 3+ years experience working with autism or related developmental diagnoses
- Comfort with adult clients and individuals with complex behavioral needs
- Experience with severe behaviors preferred
Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Able to pass a background check
- Three professional and two personal references
Skills
Strong clinical skills, excellent communication, and the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams are essential.

Pay
$82,500 - 92,500/year, depending on experience
