Board Certified Behavior Analyst

About the role

Cardinal Pediatric Therapies is now hiring Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) dedicated to making a difference in the lives of children and families affected by autism. We offer flexible schedules, long-term career growth, small caseloads, and collaborative team environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day case management for children on the autism spectrum
• Complete initial intake and update assessments using specific assessment tools
• Collect data and create individualized treatment plans for each child
• Provide treatment based on clinical best practices and client recommendations
• Support and train families and dedicated team of Behavior Therapists and Registered Behavior Therapists
• Collaborate with a team of clinicians to help their communities
• Discharge and transition planning for children on your caseload
• Work in various settings including in-home, school, and clinics

Requirements

• The drive to help others, both the families and staff we serve
• A passion for working with children with ASD and underserved populations
• Currently a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
• North Carolina Licensed Behavior Analyst (NC LBA) or the ability to obtain
• CPR/BLS Certification (or the ability to obtain)
• Reliable transportation with a current drivers license and auto insurance coverage
• Pass a background check and abuse registry check

Qualifications

• Master's degree (preferred)
• BCBA and NC LBA (required)
