Your Role

• Deliver and oversee meaningful, relationship‑centered ABA therapy in homes, communities, and via telehealth.
• Guide and support RBTs as collaborators.
• Work with families in ways that feel relational, empowering, and respectful.
• Help shape our clinical model and company culture as we grow.

Compensation & Benefits

• $85,000–$105,000 salary (based on experience).
