Board Certified Behavior Analyst
About the Role
Autism care is evolving, and we’re building a new model where children, families, and therapists are truly at the center. We’re inviting you to help build a Human-First future in autism care. At Bright Pathways, we believe care is at its best when it’s rooted in relationships, presence, and purpose. Families, children, and therapists all deserve a system designed with them at the center. That’s why we’re building something different — a place where the way we work, the way we think, and even the words we use reflect what we value most: people.
What We’re Offering
- A Real Seat at the Table – Your voice helps shape our future. You’ll be part of building, not just delivering.
- True Flexibility – Your life and well-being matter. We design your role around you.
- A Human-First Culture – Built on trust, kindness, collaboration, and care — not pressure or micromanagement.
- Purposeful Innovation – Thoughtful use of tools and tech to simplify your workflow, not complicate it.
Responsibilities
- Deliver and oversee meaningful, relationship-centered ABA therapy in homes, communities, and via telehealth.
- Guide and support RBTs as collaborators.
- Work with families in ways that feel relational, empowering, and respectful.
- Help shape our clinical model and company culture as we grow.
Requirements
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) licensed in Texas.
- Craving more than just a job — you want to help build a better system.
- Believe therapy should feel personal, not procedural.
- Energized by the idea of doing things differently and humanely.
Pay
$85,000–$105,000 salary (based on experience)
Benefits
- 401(k)
- Customizable benefits — because one-size-fits-all doesn’t work for people.
(And yes — this post says “BCBA” because that’s the system we’re in. But what we’re really looking for is a partner — someone who sees beyond the title and shares our mission to bring humanity back to care.)
