Responsibilities
- Deliver and oversee meaningful, relationship‑centered ABA therapy in homes, communities, and via telehealth.
- Guide and support RBTs as collaborators.
- Work with families in ways that feel relational, empowering, and respectful.
- Help shape our clinical model and company culture as we grow.
Qualifications
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) licensed in Texas.
- Desire to build a better system beyond a traditional job.
- Belief that therapy should feel personal, not procedural.
- Enthusiasm for doing things differently and humanely.
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $85,000–$105,000 (based on experience).
- 401(k) plan.
