What You'll Do
- Provide high-quality ABA services remotely via telehealth
- Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and skill-based assessments via telehealth
- Determine and document clinical appropriateness for telehealth service delivery
- Develop Behavior Intervention Plans (BIP) and/or skill acquisition programs
- Collaborate with families and external providers to support consistent and effective care
Who You Are
- Must hold a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and maintain Massachusetts Applied Behavior Analyst licensure (LABA)
- Master’s Degree in a related mental health field
- At least 2 years of experience providing ABA services and working with developmental disabilities or autism spectrum disorders
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Spanish or Portuguese speaking (preferred)
Shift
Monday-Friday 8am-8pm (Flexible schedule based on needs of clients)
Pay
$87,300-$95,000
