Role Overview

The role involves overseeing day-to-day operations at the center, ensuring high-quality service delivery, fostering a positive work culture, and maintaining strong relationships with families and staff.

Key Responsibilities

  • Professionalism & Leadership
    • Maintain a professional presence on the floor (minimum of 4 hours per day).
    • Lead and motivate staff while upholding BASS's values of respect, professionalism, and compassion.
    • Provide feedback to staff, supervise RBTs, and model best practices.
    • Ensure all staff adhere to confidentiality standards, and ethical codes as defined by the BACB.
    • Address and resolve parent concerns, escalating as needed to ensure satisfaction.
  • Facilities Management
    • Oversee facility maintenance and supply management.
    • Ensure coverage during absences and manage operational logistics efficiently.
  • Staffing & Scheduling
    • Create and manage client and staff schedules, ensuring seamless service delivery.
    • Provide ongoing support to staff, conducting performance reviews and offering professional development.
  • Clinical Oversight
    • Case manage a small caseload (40-90 hours, up to 3 clients).
    • Lead clinical teams by providing supervision and feedback to BCBA, and RBTs.
    • Participate in treatment plan reviews and help monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for clinical quality.
    • Stay updated on the latest ABA research and integrate findings into clinical practices.
  • Client Intake & Support
    • Manage client intakes, consultations, and assessments.
    • Ensure all necessary documentation and insurance information is collected and processed.
    • Facilitate smooth transitions for new clients into ABA services.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with 5-years of experience working with pediatric ASD population in a clinical setting
  • Proven experience in leadership and management within an ABA setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to manage multiple tasks and priorities with attention to detail.
  • A compassionate, client-centered approach with a commitment to excellence in service delivery.
  • Strong understanding of ABA principles and ethics.
  • Experience in scheduling, staffing, and team development.
