Responsibilities
- Lead in assessing strengths and deficits in order to develop individualized treatment plans for children with autism.
- Provide oversight and supervision to each child's program and a team of Behavior Technicians to ensure progress.
- Collaborate, coordinate and train with families and allied professionals to give each child a comprehensive approach.

Qualifications
- Master's Degree
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Certification
- PREFERRED EXPERIENCE OF 2-4 YEARS IN:
- Conducting behavioral and developmental assessments, preferably including VB-MAPP or ABLLS and FBAs.
- Developing programming procedures and data collection systems for individual treatment plans.
- Leading a team to provide intensive ABA skill-acquisition programs.
