Qualifications
- Active Board certification – passed the BACB exam for behavior analysts
- Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, education, or related field (Required)
- Current 8-hour supervision certificate – certified to provide supervision to RBTs
- Experience utilizing behavioral skills training
- Experience creating behavior support plans
- Experience administering various skills assessments such as VB-MAPP, Vineland, ABLLS, etc.
- Experience with creating treatment plans and conducting family training, social skills groups, etc.
- Experience working with children diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder, of all ages
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
- Ability to work in the US
- Ability to relocate or travel to office location (in-person required)
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst License (Required)
- NC License
Responsibilities
- Maintain an active caseload and meet 120 billable utilization hours per month (includes supervision, treatment planning, BTM, parent training, etc.)
- Provide behavior analytic supervision to ABA therapists (BTs or RBTs) using evidence-based techniques such as behavioral skills training
- Administer skills assessments, preference assessments, and reinforcer assessments
- Develop programming to support students in achieving treatment goals
- Create behavior support plans tailored to individual client needs and family experience levels
- Set up and ensure accurate data collection systems
- Attend team meetings for coordination of care and report on current behavior levels
- Lead behavior crisis interventions using behavior analytic principles
- Remain flexible and accommodating to company policy updates and work-related expectations
- Uphold Applied ABC’s core principles of providing best clinical techniques with a holistic, individualized approach
Travel is acknowledged but not billable (up to 10 hours per week).
