Clinical responsibilities

  • Conduct initial assessments and ongoing reassessments to drive individualized programming
  • Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans tailored to each client's needs
  • Provide supervision, parent training, and clinical guidance to RBTs and BCaBAs
  • Analyze behavioral data and adjust programming to ensure continued client progress
  • Collaborate with families, schools, and interdisciplinary teams to support whole-child outcomes
  • Maintain timely, accurate, and thorough clinical documentation
  • Ensure full compliance with BACB, payer, and HIPAA guidelines
  • Deliver compassionate, ethical, and high-quality ABA services at every touchpoint

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field
  • Active BCBA certification in good standing
  • Current 8-hour supervision certificate
  • State licensure where applicable
  • Experience working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Reliable transportation when in-person travel is required
  • Authorized to work in the United States

Preferred qualifications

  • Experience supervising RBTs or BCaBAs in a center-based or hybrid setting
  • Comfort working within digital clinical platforms for data collection and documentation
  • A collaborative mindset with a track record of strong family and team relationships
