Clinical responsibilities
- Conduct initial assessments and ongoing reassessments to drive individualized programming
- Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans tailored to each client's needs
- Provide supervision, parent training, and clinical guidance to RBTs and BCaBAs
- Analyze behavioral data and adjust programming to ensure continued client progress
- Collaborate with families, schools, and interdisciplinary teams to support whole-child outcomes
- Maintain timely, accurate, and thorough clinical documentation
- Ensure full compliance with BACB, payer, and HIPAA guidelines
- Deliver compassionate, ethical, and high-quality ABA services at every touchpoint
Requirements
- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field
- Active BCBA certification in good standing
- Current 8-hour supervision certificate
- State licensure where applicable
- Experience working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Reliable transportation when in-person travel is required
- Authorized to work in the United States
Preferred qualifications
- Experience supervising RBTs or BCaBAs in a center-based or hybrid setting
- Comfort working within digital clinical platforms for data collection and documentation
- A collaborative mindset with a track record of strong family and team relationships
