Responsibilities

• Carry an active caseload, conduct assessments (VB-MAPP, ABLLS, Vineland), and develop individualized treatment and behavior support plans.
• Supervise and mentor RBTs and behavior technicians using evidence-based strategies, including Behavioral Skills Training (BST).
• Deliver parent and caregiver training; collaborate with families, schools, and interdisciplinary teams.
• Monitor client progress through ongoing data analysis, adjust programming as needed, and provide crisis support.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with BACB, payer, and HIPAA guidelines.

Requirements

• Active BCBA certification.
• Master’s Degree in ABA or related field.
• Current 8-hour supervision certificate and state licensure (where applicable).
• Experience supervising RBTs and behavior technicians using BST and evidence-based strategies.
• Experience conducting assessments (VB-MAPP, ABLLS, Vineland) and developing individualized treatment and behavior support plans.
• Experience working with children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder across varying ages and support levels.
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Reliable transportation and authorization to work in the United States.

Preferred Qualifications

• Comfort working with digital clinical platforms for data collection and documentation.
• Experience in clinic-based, hybrid, in-home, or community-based ABA settings.
• Collaborative leadership style with a track record of developing strong RBT teams.
• Passion for parent training and family-centered care.
