Where You'll Make an Impact
As a full-time BCBA at Applied ABC, you'll carry an active caseload, lead a team of RBTs and behavior technicians, and deliver individualized, evidence-based services that create meaningful progress for children and their families. This is a role for a clinician who takes ownership, leads with empathy, and holds themselves to a high standard.
Clinical Responsibilities
- Carry an active caseload, conduct assessments (VB-MAPP, ABLLS, Vineland), and develop individualized treatment and behavior support plans
- Serve as a supervisor and mentor RBTs and behavior technicians using evidence-based strategies including BST
- Deliver parent and caregiver training and collaborate with families, schools, and interdisciplinary teams
- Monitor client progress through ongoing data analysis, adjust programming accordingly, and support clients during crisis situations
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure full compliance with BACB, payer, and HIPAA guidelines
Required
- Active BCBA certification, Master's Degree in ABA or related field, current 8-hour supervision certificate, and state licensure where applicable
- Experience supervising RBTs and behavior technicians using BST and evidence-based strategies
- Experience conducting assessments (VB-MAPP, ABLLS, Vineland) and developing individualized treatment and behavior support plans
- Experience working with children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder across varying ages and support levels
- Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills; reliable transportation; authorized to work in the United States

- Comfort working within digital clinical platforms for data collection and documentation
- Experience in clinic-based, hybrid, in-home, or community-based ABA settings
- A collaborative leadership style with a track record of developing strong RBT teams
