Responsibilities
- Completing Functional behavior assessments.
- Writing behavior and safety plans.
- Data analysis.
- Training of staff on behavior plans and data collection.
- Providing Trauma-Informed Care Training.
Skills Needed
- Knowledge of Department of Developmental Services and Human Rights regulations.
- Exceptionally strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to write effective behavior management plans.
- Ability to work collaboratively.
- Good community relations skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Requirements
- Currently licensed in Massachusetts as a BCBA.
- Three years’ experience working in the field of mental health and developmental disabilities.
- Valid driver's license required and use of personal vehicle.
- Satisfactory CORI and background check.
- Flexibility to work in Residential Homes.
