Board Certified Behavior Analyst
Ahead ABA, a leading provider of high-quality ABA therapy, is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in Montgomery County, MD. You will play a critical role in helping children with autism reach their full potential through evidence-based practices and a supportive environment.
About the Role
As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with Ahead ABA, you will develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans, supervise Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), and collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams to ensure client success. You will also conduct assessments, adjust treatment goals as needed, and maintain compliance with ethical and regulatory standards.

Requirements
- Current Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field

Pay
Pay Range: $95–$120 per hour
Schedule
Full-Time: 5–15 hours per week, with flexible shifts based on your availability
Location: Montgomery County, MD
