About the Role
We are seeking an experienced BCBA to join our team and contribute to our mission of empowering children with autism to reach their full potential.
- Developing and overseeing individualized ABA treatment plans
- Supervising RBTs and providing ongoing training and support
- Conducting assessments and adjusting treatment goals as needed
- Collaborating with families and multidisciplinary teams to ensure client success
- Maintaining compliance with ethical and regulatory standards
Requirements
- Current Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field
- Experience supervising RBTs and implementing ABA programs
- Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Passion for making a meaningful difference in clients' lives

Pay
$95 - $120/hour
Schedule
Full-Time: 10 hours/week or Part-Time Available. Shifts: Flexible, based on your availability.
Location: Rockville, MD
