About the role
Responsible for designing and implementing behavior intervention plans for clients with autism spectrum disorder.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans
- Conduct functional behavior assessments
- Provide direct support to clients in natural environments
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop comprehensive treatment plans
- Evaluate progress towards behavioral goals and adjust interventions as necessary
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Behavior Analysis, or related field
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
- Experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorder
- Knowledge of applied behavior analysis principles and techniques
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Qualifications
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Passion for making a difference in the lives of individuals with autism
Skills
- Proficient in using data collection software
- Skilled in verbal and written communication
- Familiarity with community resources and supports
