Responsibilities
- Develop and supervise individualized behavior support plans
- Mentor and guide behavior technicians
- Complete assessments
- Collaborate closely with families and interdisciplinary professionals
- Facilitate staff trainings
- Evaluate team performance
- Help strengthen a collaborative and positive work environment
- Attend IEP and IFSP meetings to support client advocacy and coordination of services
Qualifications
- Master's degree and current BCBA certification
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally
- Spanish speaking is valued but not required

Pay

Schedule
