Board Certified Behavior Analyst

About the role

Responsible for designing and implementing behavior intervention plans for clients with autism spectrum disorder. Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and provide therapy sessions.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify behavioral needs
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Provide direct therapy sessions to clients
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure client success
• Document progress and adjust plans as necessary

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Special Education, or related field
• Board Certification in Behavior Analysis (BCBA) or eligibility for certification
• Experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorder
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Psychology, Special Education, or related field preferred
• Experience in a clinical setting
• Knowledge of applied behavior analysis principles
• Passionate about supporting individuals with autism

Skills

• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
