About the role
Responsible for designing and implementing behavior intervention plans for clients with autism spectrum disorder. Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and provide therapy sessions.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify behavioral needs
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Provide direct therapy sessions to clients
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure client success
- Document progress and adjust plans as necessary
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Special Education, or related field
- Board Certification in Behavior Analysis (BCBA) or eligibility for certification
- Experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorder
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Psychology, Special Education, or related field preferred
- Experience in a clinical setting
- Knowledge of applied behavior analysis principles
- Passionate about supporting individuals with autism
Skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
