ABA Life Center expects our staff to:
- Construct and implement a strong and consistent ABA program
- Work in alliance with behavior technicians and parents to develop meaningful and individualized programs
- Provide quality supervision and train staff through BST (e.g., training, modeling, rehearsing, and giving/receiving feedback)
- Be experienced at addressing challenging behaviors (e.g., aggression, elopement, self-injury, etc.)
Responsibilities
- Supervising a team of behavior technicians implementing skill acquisition and behavior reduction programs
- Observing and analyzing skill acquisition/behavior graphs to determine if program modifications are needed
- Conducting a variety of assessments (e.g., VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, etc.) to guide the direction and determine appropriate goals for clients
- Training parents on skill acquisition and behavior reduction programs
- Creating treatment plans and skill acquisition programs for clients
- Writing thorough progress reports and reauthorization reports
- Regularly monitoring staff and program implementation to ensure high levels of procedural integrity
- Reviewing session notes created by staff to ensure they are comprehensive and in line with company standards

Qualifications
- Masters Degree (or Bachelor’s Degree for BCaBA)
- BCBA or BCaBA Certification (required)
- Experience supervising RBTs or Behavior Technicians for 2+ years.
- Experience implementing ABA strategies for at least 4+ years.
- Experience working in the home and center setting (preferred)

Compensation
$75,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
