Responsibilities
- Oversee neurodiversity-affirming clinical programming for patients receiving ABA treatment.
- Lead a team of behavior technicians (BTs) and empower them to make a lasting difference in the lives of children with developmental differences.
- Average 26 billable hours per week, with reduced targets during shorter weeks to ensure a manageable workload.
- Supervise cases with full autonomy over when and where supervision occurs.
- Focus on clinical care while administrative support handles scheduling, billing, and credentialing.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in human services or a related field.
- Current BCBA (Board-Certified Behavior Analyst) Certification required.

- Earning Potential (Salary + Bonus): $101,512 – $126,890; plus earn up to an additional 10% of your monthly salary with a second bonus.
