About the role
This is a 10-month position.
Responsibilities
- Provide individualized support, behavior interventions, and strategies for staff and faculty to implement at assigned schools.
Requirements
- Strong understanding of Multi-Tiered Systems of Supports (MTSS), Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA), and state board rules, compliance.
- Experience with Functional Behavior Assessments/Behavior Intervention Plans (FBA/BIPs) and Positive Behavior Interventions and Supports (PBIS).
- Knowledge of Trauma Informed Care (TIC), Youth Mental Health First Aid (YMHFA), and Social Emotional Learning (SEL) principles.
- Masters degree and certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board required.
