Board Certified Behavior Analyst - ($1,500 Sign-On Bonus Available)

About the role

A Board Certified Behavior Analyst is needed to provide behavior analytic services to children with autism spectrum disorder and other developmental disabilities. The ideal candidate will work closely with families, teachers, and therapists to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.

Responsibilities

• Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop behavior intervention plans
• Provide direct service to children in natural environments such as schools, homes, and community settings
• Collaborate with families, teachers, and therapists to ensure consistency across settings
• Document progress and adjust interventions as necessary
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Behavior Analysis, or related field
• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
• Experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorder and/or other developmental disabilities
• Knowledge of applied behavior analysis principles and techniques
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Psychology, Behavior Analysis, or related field preferred
• Experience in school-based or home-based therapy settings
• Experience with data collection and analysis
