Board Certified Behavior Analyst - ($1,500 Sign-On Bonus Available)

About the role

The Board Certified Behavior Analyst is responsible for designing and implementing behavior intervention plans for children with autism spectrum disorder.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans
• Evaluate progress towards behavior goals and adjust plans as necessary
• Collaborate with families, teachers, and other professionals to support behavior change
• Conduct assessments to identify areas of behavioral concern
• Provide training and consultation to staff members

Requirements

• A Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field
• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
• Experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorder
• Knowledge of ABA principles and techniques
