About the role
The Board Certified Behavior Analyst is responsible for designing and implementing behavior intervention plans for children with autism spectrum disorder.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans
- Evaluate progress towards behavior goals and adjust plans as necessary
- Collaborate with families, teachers, and other professionals to support behavior change
- Conduct assessments to identify areas of behavioral concern
- Provide training and consultation to staff members
Requirements
- A Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
- Experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorder
- Knowledge of ABA principles and techniques
